FTP is made from a single ingredient – 100% European, non-GMO soy flour – shaped through our Flow Texturization Process. In one continuous step, the flour is mixed, cooked, and structured into a clean, fibrous matrix without additives or the removal of natural components.
This process creates a capillary network that hydrates fast and draws sauces and fats deep into the structure. When seared or grilled, FTP forms a natural crust, while the interior remains open enough to reabsorb liquids even after sharp frying, keeping the bite juicy and controlled.
